Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately @ hello@vesseltherapeutics.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our products are classified as personal care and wellness items. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been opened, used, or delivered. Personal care items cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before making a purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
